Why did Harsh leave his job at an MNC and joined a startup instead?
Harsh is a resident of Mumbai and he completed his Graduation in BTech Electronics Engineering from K. J Somaiya College of Engineering in 2018.
After his graduation, he was placed at Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer and he was mainly working on ETL Tools.
However, Harsh wasn’t satisfied with his job role at Accenture as he was not getting an opportunity to work on the latest technologies.
He started looking for new opportunities where he could get a chance to upgrade his profile and that’s when he came across this opening at Techzilla India for a Full Stack Developer via Linkedin and he applied for it.
Being a fresher in this field, Harsh joined us as a Full Stack Developer Trainee. We felt that Harsh had the potential and capability to learn a new stack and he can be a useful resource to our tech team.
Harsh joined the training programme to gain knowledge on the latest technologies and get some hands-on experience on MERN Stack.
He worked on live MERN Stack Projects and his performance was well appreciated. Based on his performance as a trainee, we decided to have him on board as a Full Time Employee at Techzilla India.
Harsh has been a part of our tech team since August 2019. He played a crucial role in developing our Product for automation of the Candidate evaluation , Upskill by Techzilla Portal .
We are happy that we could give Harsh an opportunity to upgrade his skills to the latest stack and have him as a crucial team member in building Upskill.
